Our returns process is as follows:-

  • Complete and submit this form
  • We will contact you to approve or decline your request
  • If your request is approved, repackage the goods securely and return to us
  • Ensure you include invoice details with the package so we know who the returned goods are from
  • Once goods are received in acceptable (resaleable) condition we will credit your credit/debit card

Please note the following information from our Terms And Conditions.

  • Kiwi Herbs Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery once dispatched.
  • Kiwi Herbs Ltd cannot accept responsibility for the actions of your countries border control, and we will not replace or refund, period.

Cancellation of Order and Return of Goods

  • All customers have the right to cancel their orders placed through our website within seven (7) working days (NZ time) of their payment for goods or up until the goods have been dispatched.
  • Kiwi Herbs Ltd will refund, replace or provide credit for goods only if:
    • They were purchased from us within the last seven (7) working days.
    • They are returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and in original, resalable condition.
    • They are returned with a completed return form.
    • They are returned with evidence of their payment (receipt or invoice number).
  • Once we have received the goods in a saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Kiwi Herbs Ltd.
  • Please note we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
